Notes about formatting:

• Dates must be '%e %B %Y (%Y-%m-%d)' (see date(1)), i.e. '<date> <month> <year> (<ISO8601-style date>)'
• Author names should preferably link to the wiki user page, i.e. [[Joe Bloggs]]
• Most recent posts should be at the top

Other Notes

• Show only the latest 5-10 news items
